Probate Court Form No. 86 License to Sell Real Estate STATE OF VERMONT PROBATE COURT DISTRICT OF _______________________ IN RE DOCKET NO. _________________________________________________ LICENSE TO SELL REAL ESTATE TO: _________________________________ WHEREAS, a motion requesting a license to sell real estate was presented to this court by___________________________________________ who is guardian of the estate of the ward and in themotion the real estate was described as follows: WHEREAS notice having been given and hearing held if required by statue and the rule of probateprocedure; NOW THEREFORE, the court makes the followngi findings with respect to the motion: THEREFORE, the court orders and decrees that the real estate described above may be sold and thecourt licenses, authorizes, and empowers the guardian of the estate of the ward to sell the real estate eitherat public auction or private sale. The authority granted by this license shall be void two years from the dateof its issue.
