A "complete" cessation is filed for all of these reasons except one - when one owner departs- a "partial" cessation can be filed. This is done by the remaining owner(s) when the departing owner leaves. Ur this nde "partial" cessation the business can continue on without interruption. All of the other foregoing reasons require a "complete" cessation. All of the registered owners must be listed on a complete cessation.
