This form must be filed within 30 days of commencement of the clerkship. If any portion of the clerkship is to be completed outside of Vermont, you must seek approval of the Board of Bar Examiners before commencement. A registrant's failure to file a timely certificate will result in the withholding of credit for study, except for extraordinary instances.
