FOUR YEAR LAW OFFICE STUDY REGISTRANTS SIX MONTH REPORT FORM Section 8(b) of the Rules of Admission to the Bar of Vermont Supreme Court provides as follows: Each registrant for admission who seeks to satisfy the educational requirements specified in 6(g)(1) or 6(j) shall submit to the Clerk each six months and at the conclusion of the study a report in duplicate in the form of and affidavit stating the nature and extent of the course of study during the registered period of study within this state. The reports shall be submitted within thirty days of the expiration date of each six months of study, accompanied by the certificate of the supervising attorney that to the best of his or her knowledge the reports are correct. A registrants failure to file a timely report may result in the withholding of credit for study and disqualification to take the written examination or be admitted. To help satisfy this requirement the Board of Bar Examiners has developed the following form. Please include on additional sheets of paper any other information that you wish. Do not list the names of clients or cases worked on, nor the details of your conditions of employment. PLEASE SUBMIT THIS REPORT IN DUPLICATE 1.
