The enclosed petition has been made to the Justice of the Peace Court for title to the above-named property. If judgment is entered for the Petitioner, the Petitioner will be awarded complete and title to absolute the property pursuant to 25 Del. C. 4002 and any existing liens or other interests against it will be void. 2. You have a legal right to a full hearing in this Court and if you so desire, you must indicate same by marking DECLARATION OF INTENT TO CONTEST section on the answer (J.P. Civ. Form No. 53). If you mark this section a hearing will be promptly scheduled and you may then appear to contest the claim of the Petitioner. 3. Should you wish to release your interest, right, or title to the property in question, you would do so by marking the RELEASE OF INTEREST section on the answer (J.P. Civ. Form No. 53). If you and other interested parties release your interest in the property, the Court will issue a judgment vesting title to the property in the Petitioners name. 4.
