The results of the requested nontestimonial identification procedure will be of material aid in determining whether this juvenile committed the offense. 2.(Check if blood specimen is being sought) There is probable cause to believe that the juvenile named or described above committed the offense. There is probable cause to believe that obtaining a blood specimen will be of material aid in determining whether this juvenile committed the offense.
