Yourcase will be set for a dismissal if the payment is not made within the 48 hours of the filing of the petition(excludes weekend and holidays). A second payment is required within 30 days of the filing of the petitionand the final payment is required within 60 days of filing the petition. The filing fee is due within 60 days ofthe filing of the petition or the case will be set for a dismissal hearing. Due to accounting requirements from the Administrative Office, installments need to be paid as follows:CHAPTER 7 - individual 1.
