NO FEE REQUIRED STATE OF MAINE APPLICATION FOR CREDIT FOR EXPEDITED SERVICE Pursuant to Chapter 200 and Chapter 401 of the Rules for the Division of Corporations, the applicant requests to be invoiced forthe use of expedited service as follows: 1. Approval of this application authorizes the applicant to charge requests for expedited service. 2. Requests will be invoiced to the applicant on an as completed basis. All invoices are due upon presentation.3. If payment of each invoice presented is not made within thirty (30) days, the Secretary of State may revoke the applicants permission to charge expedited service requests. 4.
