BY PUBLICATION Defendant Address This court has reviewed the motion of the plaintiff defendant for service bypublication pursuant to Rule 4(g) of the Maine Rules of Civil Procedure. It is ORDERED that service be made upon the other party by publishing a copy of thisOrder once a week for three (3) successive weeks, in the , a newspaper of general circulationin the county where the action is pending. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the party being served by publication appear and servean answer to the motion or complaint on the other party at the above address. The answer must befiled with the court within forty-one (41) days after the first publication of this Order. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the moving party mail a copy of the Order as publishedto the other party at the partys last known address. Failure to serve an answer will cause judgment by default to be entered, grantingrelief sought in the motion or complaint. PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION: IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above named parties be: 1. Prohibited from transferring, encumbering, concealing, selling or otherwise disposing ofany property of either or both of the parties, except in the usual course of business or for thenecessities of life, without the written consent of the parties or the permission of the court. 2. Prohibited from imposing any restraint on the personal liberty of the other party or onany natural or adopted child of either or both of the parties. 3. Prohibited from voluntarily removing the other party or any child or children of theparties from any policy of health insurance that provides coverage for the other party or the child orchildren of the parties.
