FORT BEND COUNTY, TEXAS, JUDICIAL DISTRICT MOTION TO WITHDRAW MINORS FUNDS (AGE OF MAJORITY) NOTICE: ALL INFORMATION MUST BE COMPLETELY PROVIDED OR THIS MOTION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT COMES NOW , Applicant herein, and respectfully requests the Court to allow withdrawal of invested funds on deposit in this cause of action for the use and benefit of said Applicant. Applicant would show the Court as follows: Applicant certifies that Applicant is now eighteen years of age, as referenced by a certified copy of Applicants birth certificate attached hereto as Exhibit A; is entitled by law to the release of such funds; and that there are no other claims to such funds, other than this claim by Applicant.
