That the Sheriff/Constable has reported that no goods of the tenant were found on the premises. That the Tenant has removed goods from premises to Maryland and therefore the Order could not be executed. For these reasons the Landlord prays that the Sheriff/Constable be directed to levy upon the goods of the Tenant at any place they can be found within the jurisdiction of this Court, and make return of this action to this Court. I do solemnly declare and affirm under the penalties of perjury that the facts recited in this Motion are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief.
