* IN THE ____________________________ * CIRCUIT COURT Plaintiff *F OR v. * ______________________________ ____________________________ Defendant(s), * Civil No.: ************ * ORDER OF REFERRAL TO STANDING MASTER BY CONSENT (Merits/Final Hearing) It is, this day of ,200 , ORDERE D that the merits/final hearing in the above-captioned case be and hereby is referred to a Standing Master pursuant to Maryland Rule 9-208(a)(2)for the purposes of takingtestimony and examining evidence on all domestic relations issues between the parties, including those arising under Titles 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12 of the Family Law Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland; and it is further ORDERED that the Standing Master hold a hearing and notify all parties pursuant to Maryland Rule 9-208(b)(c)(e); and it is further ORDERED that the Standing Master file a Report and Recommendation which shall contain recommended findings of fact and conclusions of law and recommendations and cause to be prepared a proposed order of judgment unless the Standing Masters recommendations are agreed to by all parties, in which case only the recommended order of judgment need be filed; and it is further ORDERED that the original exhibits accompany the Report and Recommendation unless the recommendations are agreed to by all parties. We do hereby consent and agree to have the MERITS/FINAL hearing in this matter scheduled before the Master of Domestic Relations.
