ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT AND DISPENSING WITH FUTURE SETTLEMENTS On this _______________________________________________, the Court considers and approves the sworn settlement of the Conservator filed herein on the ______________________________, and finds that the Minor/Disabled______, owns no interest in real estate that is or should be producing income and that the other assets of the estate are deposited with for safekeeping under a contract to be withdrawn only on order of the Court. WHEREFORE, the Court orders that no future settlements are required of said Conservator until , unless sooner ordered by the Court.
