CIRCUIT COURT OF CLAY COUNTY, MISSOURI PROBATE DIVISION No. Matter of , *minor -- *disabled. ORDER APPROVING AND CONFIRMING PRIVATE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY (Sec. 475.240 RSMo.) On this _____ day of , 20___, the Court upon consideration of the Conservators Report of Private Sale of Real Property, finds: 1. That the Conservator__ did on the ____ day of , 20__, sell at private sale to payable all of the rights, title and, interests of the Protectee__ in the following described real property: 2. That the report of sale has remained on file more than ten days before this date, 3. That the sale was made in all respects in conformity with the law and the previous order of this Court and, 4. That the purchase price is more than three-fourths of the appraised value of the property or interest sold and that the sale should be approved.
