IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF CLAY COUNTY, MISSOURI PROBATE DIVISION No. CV IN THE MATTER OF Deceased PETITION TO OPEN AND INVENTORY SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX Now on , comes now and petitions the Court as follows: 1. That decedent died and a copy of the death certificate is attached. 2. That petitioner is of said decedent. 3. That it is necessary that said safety deposit box be opened, inventoried and the will, if any, be delivered to the Probate Division of the Clay County Circuit Court.
