CIRCUIT COURT OF CLAY COUNTY, MISSOURI PROBATE DIVISION No. ORDER TO RECORDER WAIVING THREE (3) DAY WAITING PERIOD FOR ISSUANCE OF MARRIAGE LICENSE Now on this _____ day of ______________________, 20_____, the Court considers the application of and , requesting the Court to waive the three (3) day waiting period for issuance of a marriage license and the Court finds, from the testimony, facts and circumstances showing good cause and unusual conditions justifying such waiver. WHEREFORE, it is hereby ordered that if the applicants have otherwise complied with the requirements of Missouri Law for the issuance of a marriage license, the Recorder of Deeds of Clay County, Missouri, shall issue such license without considering the three (3) day waiting period, as provided in Section 451.040 RSMo.
