CIRCUIT COURT OF CLAY COUNTY, MISSOURI ____________ DIVISION ____________ No. APPLICATION FOR COURT ORDER REQUIRING THE RECORDER TO ISSUE MARRIAGE LICENSE WITHOUT STATUTORY WAITING PERIOD The Applicants state to the Court that they are of lawful age for marriage; that they want to contract a marriage in the State of Missouri; and that for the following reasons it is necessary for said license to be issued without waiting three (3) days as ordinarily required by Section 451.040 RSMo: WHEREFORE, the Applicants request an order of the Court waiving the three (3) day waiting period and requiring the Recorder of Deeds to issue said marriage license.
