(Date File Stamp) Order Amending Refusal of Letters to Creditor The court takes up the application of _________________________________, cr editor, to amend its order entered on ___________________________________ refusing letters on the aforesaid estate. The court finds that assets of the decedent not included in said order(s) have been discovered consisting of: Description of Property Value _________________ See Appendix A. Total $ The entire estate of the decedent, including said newly discovered assets, does not exceed $15,000.00 in value and consists solely of personal property. The court further finds that: no bond is required in this estate. creditors bond has been filed and approved by the court. It is ordered that the previous order(s) refusing letters to creditor be amended as above provided. No letters shall be issued on said estate, unless on the application of cre ditors or other interested parties the existence of other or further property is shown. Title to the above-described property is vested in said creditor upon the condition that creditor shall pay, so far as the asset s of the decedent will permit, the debts of decedent in the order of priority, and distribute the balance, if any , to persons entitled thereto under the law.
