CIRCUIT COURT OF CLAY COUNTY, MISSOURI PROBATE DIVISION No.__________________ Matter of _______________________________________, deceased. ORDER On this _____ day of ______________________, 20_____, the Court considers the application filed by , seeking to determine the heirs of , deceased and, the Court finds that the applicant is an interested party and that the application should be set for hearing and notice given thereof. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that said application is set for hearing on the _____ day of ______________________, 20_____, at ___________ __. M., in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Clay County, Missouri, at the Courthouse, 11 South Water Street, Liberty, Missouri and; that the Clerk of this Division give notice thereof by publication once a week for four consecutive weeks prior to the date of said hearing, the last insertion of said publication notice being at least seven days before said hearing; and that in addition thereto, said clerk give notice by certified mail to all persons known or believed to claim any interest in the property as an heir or through an heir of said decedent and, to all persons who at the date of the filing of said application are shown by the records of conveyances to claim any interest therein through the heirs of said decedent, using the addresses as disclosed in the application.
