FINAL SETTLEME NT APPROVE D: FINDING AND DECREE OF HEIR SHIP, SUCCE SSION AND DISTRIBUTION (Testate Estate) On , the Court considers the Final Settlement and the Petition For Determination Of Heirship. Rights Of Succession, and for Distribution, filed herein by the Personal Representative and the Court finds: That the decedent died domiciled in and a resident of Clay County, Missouri, and that decedents Will has been admitted to Probate; That due and timely notice by publication and ordinary mail, of the granting of Letters of Authority to the Personal Representative of this estate was given according to law, and proof thereof filed herein; That due and timely notice of the filing of said settlement and petition was *published and mailed/waived according to law and proof thereof filed herein; That said estate is in a condition to be closed, and that all allowed claims have been paid. That said settlement has been audited and the balance shown thereon cons isting of $ _____, in cash, and other personal property valued at $ , is correct. The Court further finds that all legacies and bequests under said will, other than those set forth herein, have been paid and satisfied. WHEREF ORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said settlement is hereby approved, and that all orders of partial distribution heretofore made, if any, are hereby confirmed.
