CIRCUIT COURT OF CLAY COUNTY, MISSOURI PROBATE DIVISION No. Matter of , disabled, now deceased. ORDER TO PROCEED IN ESTATE OF DECEASED PROTECTEE WITHOUT ADMINISTRATION On this ____________ day of _________________________, 20____, the Court considers the application to close the estate without issuance of Letters of Administration, filed by the Conservator of the above named disabled person, and the Court finds that said Protectee died INTESTATE on the ___________ of __________________, 20_____, and that an order should be entered as requested. WHEREFORE, it is ordered that Letters of Administration shall not be issued upon the estate of said deceased Protectee, but the funeral and burial expenses and any taxes for which the deceased Protectee is liable and, obligations of the Protectee incurred by the Conservator, as well as expenses of administration, may be paid out of the estate by the Conservator on orders of the Court and, final settlement of the estate of said deceased Protectee and distribution to the heirs shall thereafter be made pursuant to application and order for distribution.
