IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI - PROBATE DIVISION AT IN THE ESTATE OF ESTATE NUMBER , Deceased. RE: Minor PETITION TO DISPENSE WITH CONSERVATORSHIP (Sec. 475.330, RSMO) The undersigned states that (he) (she) (has care and custody) (is one of the natural parents of) the abovenamed minor who was born on and further states that said minor resides at ; that the whole estate of the minor does not exceed the value of $10,000.00, which estate consists solely of personal property described and of value as follows: that the minor has no duly appointed or acting conservator; that under the provisions of Sec. 475.330, RSMo, petitioner prays that conservatorship be dispensed with, and the assets be delivered to petitioner as a suitable person. WHEREFORE, petitioner prays the order of this court that conservatorship for said minor be dispensed with and the assets above described be delivered to petitioner to be used by petitioner for the use and benefit of said minor.
