IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI - PROBATE DIVISION AT IN THE ESTATE OF ESTATE NUMBER , Minor(s) PETITION TO DISPENSE WITH CONSERVATORSHIP Comes now petitioner and states that: 1. The above named minor born , a resident of Jackson County,Missouri, possesses an estate the nature and value of which is set forth in Exhibit attached heretA o and incorporatedherein by this reference. Said minor has no conservator and conservatorship should be dispensed with pursuantto section 475.330, RSMO. 2. Petitioner states that the minors property should be delivered to to be held by said person for the sole use and benefit of said minor to bedelivered to a conservator of the minors estate if and when appointed, or to the minor upon the attainment of the age of 18 years, or as may be directed by further order of this court. 3. WHEREFORE, petitioner prays an order of this court that conservatorship be dispensed with and that the property described in Exhibit A be delivered as above set forth for the use and benefit of said minor.
