IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI - PROBATE DIVISION AT IN THE ESTATE OF ESTATE NUMBER , Deceased. PETITION FOR ORDER OF COMPLETE SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE (Section 473.837) Comes now the undersigned independent personal representative and for his petition for an order of complete settlement of the estate pursuant to section 473.837, RSMo, states: 1. That the estate is in a proper condition to be closed and notice to all persons presently interested in the estate as required by sections 473.837 and 473.840, RSMo, has been given and proof thereof is attached hereto. 2. That the final settlement of the petitioner and the proposed order of distribution are also attached hereto. WHEREFORE, petitioner prays for orders of the court approving the final settlement, determining the persons entitled to distribution of the estate, directing or approving distribution of the estate and discharging the petitioner from further claim or demand of any interested person.
