IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI - PROBATE DIVISION AT IN THE ESTATE OF ESTATE NUMBER , Deceased. Protectee. ORDER TO SELL REAL PROPERTY (Secs. 473.493, 473.500, RSMo) Now on this date, comes on for consideration the fiduciarys petition for an order authorizing the sale of realproperty as described in Appendix at Atached hereto. The court being fully advised in the premises, and on satisfactory proofs, finds that notice of hearing on saidpetition has been given as required by law, and that the sale of said real property is necessary for the best interestsof the estate. It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the fiduciary is hereby authorized to sell the real property described in Appendix A (using the appraisal thereof filed with the inventory of said estate) or (first having said realproperty appraised according to law) at private sale for cash and deferred payments at not less than three-fourths of the appraised value thereof on such terms as the court may approve and that said fiduciary shall file a full report of the proceedings as required by law within ten days after making the above sale.
