IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI - PROBATE DIVISION AT IN THE ESTATE OF ESTATE NUMBER , Protectee. ORDER OF DISCHARGE Now on this date, the court finds that the final settlement of the conservator of the former protectee has beenapproved; that distribution of the personal property of said estate has been ordered and that the conservator nowexhibits to the court the receipt of distribution of the former protectee for said personal property which said receiptis duly acknowledged as required by law. It is, therefore, ORDERED that the conservator and the sureties on the conservators bond, if any, be hereby discharged. Judge Commissioner
