IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI - PROBATE DIVISION AT IN THE ESTATE OF ESTATE NUMBER , Deceased. Protectee. ORDER DISCHARGING FIDUCIARY (Sec. 473.660, RSMO) The fiduciary, having filed final settlement of said estate which was approved by order of this court, by which order said fiduciary was required to pay the balance in his hands to the persons entitled thereto, and as definedby said order, and the fiduciary having filed receipts as follows: showing that distribution has been made to the said persons of the amounts due them in accordance with said order of distribution; It is, therefore, ORDERED that said fiduciary and his sureties are hereby discharged and released.
