IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI - PROBATE DIVISION AT IN THE ESTATE OF ESTATE NUMBER , RE: Minor JUDGMENT TO DISPENSE WITH CONSERVATORSHIP (Sec. 475.330, RSMO) Now on this date, the court finds that the minors estate does not exceed the value of $10,000.00 and thatpetitioner is a suitable person to have custody of the minors estate described and of value, as follows: It is, therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that under the provisions of Sec.475.330,RSMo, conservatorship for the minor be and the same is hereby dispensed with and the assets of said minor be turned overand transferred to , to be held by said person for the sole use and benefit of saidminor.
