IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI - PROBATE DIVISION AT IN THE ESTATE OF ESTATE NUMBER , Deceased. JUDGMENT FOR EXEMPT PROPERTY ALLOWANCE TO SURVIVING SPOUSE (Sec. 474.250 RSMo) The application of for t he exempt property of the estateof said decedent, is now taken up, and it being shown that applicant is the surviving spouse of the deceased, and is, therefore, entitled to the following described property of said estate as exempt property under the provisions of Sec. 474.250, RSMo: It is, therefore, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said surviving spouse is hereby allowed said property as the absolute property of the surviving spouse, as provided by law, and that the fiduciary of said estate be hereby authorized and directed to transfer and set over said property accordingly.
