IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI - PROBATE DIVISION AT IN THE ESTATE OF ESTATE NUMBER , Minor(s). JUDGMENT DISPENSING WITH CONSERVATORSHIP Now on this date, the court takes up for disposition the petition to dispense with conservatorship heretofore filed herein and finds that the whole estate of the minor does not exceed the value of $10,000.00 the nature and value of which is set forth in Exhibit A attached to this order. The court finds that said petition should be granted. It is, therefore, ORDERED that the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto shall be transferred and delivered to (Name) (Address)to be held by said person for the sole use and benefit of said minor to be delivered to a conservator appointed for said minor,or to the minor upon the minors attainment of the age of 18 years, or as may be directed by further order of the court.
