CM/ECF EMAIL NOTIFICATION SIGN UP FORMCM/ECF introduces a new feature where attorneys, trustees and parties in cases are able toreceive email notification of all pleadings docketed in cases in which t hey are involved. The emailnotification may be in summary form at the end of the day or you may rec eive an email for eachevent docketed as they are done. (Caution on the individual emails: Th is feature could bombardyour email all day with numerous email messages. Most users ask for the summary.)Inside of the email notifications, you will have a link to the i mage of the document and you mayclick on it and receive one free look. You may then either prin t or save a copy of the image onyour computer. Once you provide the Court with an email address, you wi ll begin receiving theemail notifications. Pursuant to Local Rule 5005-4.10, electronic servi ce of the Notice ofElectronic Filing by the Clerk to registered filing users constitutes se rvice of the filed documentunder the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Official Bankruptcy R ules.
