SECOND: Dissolution: RSA 304-C:50. A limited liability company is dissolved and its affairs shall be wound up upon the first to occur of the following: I. The occurrence of events specified in a limited liability company agreement; II. Unless otherwise provided in the limited liability company agreement, the vote or written consent of a majority of the members; or III.
