COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS _______________, SS: HOUSING COURT DEPARTMENT ______________________ DIVISION DOCKET NO. / / / - / / /- / / / / / / ___________________________________ Plaintiff(s) VS. ___________________________________ Defendant(s) FINDING AND ORDER FOR APPROVAL OF ATTACHMENT This cause came on to be heard (ex-parte) (after notice) upon Motion for Approval of (Real Estate) (Trustee Process) attachment, and upon due consideration thereof, the Court hereby finds that: 1. There is a reasonable likelihood that the plaintiff will recover judgment, including interest and costs, in an amount equal to or greater than the amount of the attachment (trustee process) herein approved, over and above any liability insura nce (known or reasonably believed) (shown by the defendant) to be available to satisfy the judgment; and 2. The defendant is not subject to the personal jurisdiction of the cou rt; or 3. There is a clear danger that the defendant, if notified in advance of attachment, will convey, remove, or conceal the property; or 4. There is an immediate danger that the defendant will damage or destroy the property to be attached.
