In order to procure a Certificate of Dissolution in the State of Rhode Island a non-profit corporation must file, in duplicate original, Articles of Dissolution (Form No. 203) with the Office of the Secretary of State, Corporations Division, at the above address. When the Articles of Dissolution are properly completed, signed, and submitted with the correct filing fee, a Certificate of Dissolution, together with the filed stamped duplicate original Articles of Dissolution affixed thereto, shall be returned to the filer.2. The Articles must be accompanied by a filing fee of $10.00, and payment should be made payable to the Rhode Island Secretary of State. 3. The Articles must be signed, in duplicate original, by the corporations president or vice president and by its secretary or assistant secretary.
