It is your responsibility to notify the opposing party or attorney of any changes. FINAL PAPERWORK: Local Court Rule LSPR 94.04 requires that all self-represented parties presenting final orders in a family law case (dissolution, legal separation, modification, nonparental custody, or paternity) have a private attorney, the Courthouse Facilitator, or the Thurston County Volunteer Legal Clinic approve all their final pleadings as to form and completeness prior to presenting them (the Guardian ad Litem may approve only the Parenting Plan). The Clerk's Office is unable to accept final pleadings until the pleadings have been reviewed in this manner and contain approval from that individual. COPIES OF COURT ORDERS: If you desire a conformed copy of an Order immediately after a court hearing, bring enough copies of your proposed Order(s) with you to the court hearing. If you did not make copies prior to the order being signed and filed, you can either obtain a copy from the Clerk's Office (if it is readily accessible), with seal, at a charge of $5.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page, or without seal at a charge of $.50 per page.
