Box 13697 Austin, Texas 78711-3697 FOREIGN CORPORATE FIDUCIARY PROBATE CODE FILING Pursuant to the provisions of Section 105A of the Texas Probate Code, the undersignedforeign corporate fiduciary hereby submits the following filing and attached documents tothe Secretary of State of Texas before qualifying or serving in any fiduciary capacity in theState of Texas. 1.
