PROBATE COURT COUNTY NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY CIRCUIT COURT - FAMILY DIVISION In the matter of TO: It appears from a review of court files: You have failed to submit sufficient information to adequately determine the inventory fee. It must be filed at once. Your "inventory" has not been filed (form PC 577). It must be filed at once. You have failed to pay the inventory fee. It must be paid at once. Your account (form PC583, PC 584, oc PC 648) is overdue. It must be filed at once. Your "Notice of Continued Administration" (form PC 587) has not been filed. The court will administratively close the estate and terminate the authority of the personal representative unless you file within 63 days your Notice of Continued Administration, or your "Sworn Statement" (form PC 591), or "Petition for Complete Estate Settlement" (form PC 593) , or "Petition for Adjudicat ion of Testacy and Complete Estate Settlement (form PC 594), or "Petition for Settlement Order".
