Each parents adjusted net weekly income. $ $ 2. The number of natural or adopted children from this case living in the other parents household. 3. Each parents support obligation for the children living in the other parents household according to the support schedules. $ $ 4. Highest support amount from item A.3. $ 5. Lowest support amount from item A.3. $ 6. Subtract line A.5. from line A.4. for amount to be paid by the parent owing the highest support amount. $ Calculating Support When Parents Have Shared Economic Responsibility (This formula is used only when one parent has the child(ren) 128 days or more during the year, and the other parent has the child(ren) 237 days or less during the year.) Plaintiff Defendant 1. Each parents adjusted net weekly income. $ $ 2. For the purposes of this formula: A = The number of days the children spend with the plaintiff. A = B = The product of A multiplied by itself. B = C = The number of days the children spend with the defendant. C = D = The product of C multiplied by itself. D = E = Plaintiffs normal support obligation determined from the schedule. E = $ F = Defendants normal support obligation determined from the schedule.F = $ 3. Insert the above values into the following formula to determine weekly support amount and who the payer is.
