Respondent has been remanded to the custody of the county jail for a period of days.IT IS ORDERED: 4. The respondent be released from the county jail during the following times for the purpose of: seeking work: reporting to work: Days and times 5. During the period of release the respondent shall obey the following conditions of release. Violation of these conditions may cause the sheriff to hold the respondent until the court reviews any alleged violation(s). Violation of any of these conditions may result in revocation of the respondents release. a. The inmate shall not drink alcoholic beverages or be present in any place where they are sold by the glass. b. The inmate shall not use or have in his/her possession any drugs not prescribed by a physician. c. The sheriff may require the inmate to submit to drug or alcohol screening. d. The inmate may not deliver and/or return with messages or material for other inmates while on release. (Conditions e through i apply to work release only.) e. The inmate may travel to and from work only by the most direct route. f. If the inmate is fired, laid off or does not work on any day, s/he is to remain in jail. If released from work early, s/he should return immediately to the jail, and report this to the sheriff. g. The sheriff may approve overtime work for the inmate providing a written request from the employer is submitted twenty- four hours in advance. h. The sheriff may require verification of employment by check stub or other means. i. The sheriff may collect from the inmate $ for each day worked, while on work release, to reimburse the county for room and board. j. Other conditions: 6. The sheriff shall withhold from the inmate $ per and forward it to the friend of the court or the state disbursement unit. 7. If respondent finds employment s/he shall be released from jail if s/he has completed two consecutive weeks of his/her employment. and an income withholding order is effective.
