If the Court agrees with the debtor that the aforesaid secured fair market value is as shown above then the secured creditor will be paid the fair market value in accordance with the filed Chapter 13 Plan and the remaining debt after the fair market value is deducted will be treated as a general unsecured non-priority debt under the Chapter 13 Plan.
