(d) Court intervention and services are necessary to assist the petitioner(s) to maintain care, custody, and control of the child. (e) Alternatives to court intervention have been attempted. There is good cause why alternatives to court intervention have not been attempted. III. ORDER IT IS ORDERED: 3.1 The petition is dismissed and the child shall return or remain at home.
