PROBATE COURT OF SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO ESTATE OF _______________________________________________________, DECEASED CASE NO. ________________________ ORDER RELIEVING ESTATE FROM ADMINISTRATION (SHORT FORM) Upon hearing the Application to Relieve Decedent's Estate from Administration, the Court finds that: 1. Date of death and domicile are true as stated in the Application, and the Court has jurisdiction over the estate; 2. Notice to interested parties was dispensed with by the Court as unnecessary; 3. Evidence of a paid funeral bill has been exhibited; 4. The value of the assets in the estate appear reasonable and do not exceed the total value of Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00); 5. The decedent's creditors will not be prejudiced by these proceedings. THE COURT, THEREFORE, RELIEVES THE ESTATE FROM ADMINISTRATION, AND ORDERS THE FOLLOWING DISTRIBUTION: DISTRIBUTEE ASSET VALUE IT IS SO ORDERED.
