PROBATE COURT OF SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO ESTATE OF CASE NO. , DECEASED ORDER RELIEVING ESTATE FROM ADMINISTRATION (SHORT FORM) Upon hearing the Application to Relieve Decedent's Estate from Administration, the Court finds that: 1.
