PROBATE COURT OF SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO ESTATE OF CASE NO. , DECEASED JUDGMENT ORDER Upon oral application, and for good cause shown, the Court finds that there are no assets subject to probate at this time. The Court further finds that the appointment in this estate was for the filing of a Wrongful Death Action. WHEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED as follows: 1. The fiduciary named herein shall not be responsible for filing the inventory, if any, until the Wrongful Death Action is resolved and the settlement is approved at hearing pursuant to R.C. 2125.02. 2. Pursuant to Local Rule 60.1, the fiduciary shall inform the Court of the progress in the Wrongful Death Claim annually after appointment, and at least every year thereafter, until the Wrongful Death Claim is concluded. Said report is due on the anniversary date of the appointment of the fiduciary. IT IS SO ORDERED.
