PROBATE COURT OF SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO ESTATE OF CASE NO. , DECEASED JUDGMENT ORDER Upon oral application, and for good cause shown, the Court finds that there are no assets subject to probate at this time. The Court further finds that the appointment in this estate is for the filing of certain litigation. WHEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED as follows: 1. The fiduciary named herein shall not be responsible for filing the inventory, if any, until certain litigation is resolved. 2. Pursuant to Local Rule 60.1, the fiduciary shall inform the Court of the progress of the litigation annually after appointment, and at least every year thereafter, until the litigation is concluded. Said report is due on the anniversary date of the appointment of the fiduciary. IT IS SO ORDERED.
