PROBATE COURT OF SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO ESTATE OF: CASE NO. , DECEASED JOURNAL ENTRY ORDERING NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATION TO ADMIT TO PROBATE SPOLIATED OR LOST WILL This cause came on to be heard upon the Application for Admission to Probate of Spoliated or Lost Will of deceased. , IT IS ORDERED that the matter be set for hearing on 20 , and that written notice of the filing of the Application and this Order setting the time and place of the hearing be given, at least five days before the time set for the hearing, to the surviving spouse and to the next of kin of the decedent, and to all persons whose interest it may be to resist the probate of the Will.
