PROBATE COURT OF SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO ESTATE OF: CASE NO. , DECEASED JOURNAL ENTRY ON REPRESENTATION OF INSOLVENCY On this day, the Fiduciary of the above-captioned estate filed the Representation of Insolvency and Schedule of Claims. The Court finds that decedent's real and personal property may be insufficient to pay all debts.
