PROBATE COURT OF SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO _____________________________________ Plaintiff V. ____________________________________ Defendant(s) CASE NO. ____________________________ JUDGMENT ENTRY FINDING SALE NECESSARY AND ORDERING APPRAISEMENT (R.C. 2127.22) This matter coming on to be heard upon the pleadings and the evidence, the Court finds all the defendants herein have been duly and legally served with process, or have voluntarily entered their appearance and consent to the sale prayed for, and are properly before the Court; it is necessary to sell said real estate _______________________ _____________________ of said estate; and the prayer of the plaintiff's complaint should be granted. And it appearing to the Court that a new appraisement should be made of said real estate, it is ordered that ___________________________ ____________________________, a judicious and disinterested person of the vicinity, not next of kin of the complainant, be and hereby is appointed to appraise said real estate at its true value in money. It is further ordered that said appraiser be sworn as required by law to truly and impartially appraise said real estate upon actual view of its fair cash value, and discharge the duties required by him/her according to law, and to make return of his/her proceedings in writing to this Court.
