ACKER IN THE MATTER OF CASE NO. , MINOR ENTRY DISPENSING WITH APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN AND ORDERING DEPOSIT Upon hearing the Application to Dispense with the Appointment of a Guardian, the court finds the above named person is a minor whose estate is $25,000 or less, and that a guardianship is not necessary. Therefore, the court dispenses with the appointment of a guardian and orders the estate of the minor currently in the possession of in the sum of $ be deposited in the name of the minor with Address a depository authorized to receive fiduciary funds.
