That the defendant is a first offender, having plead guilty to a misdemeanor in the above-entitled case on ; A. That in the above-entitled case more that one (1) year has passed since defendant's final sentencing or, if there was a period of probation, from the end of the defendant' s probation: B. That this offense was not under Chapters 4507, 4511 or 4545 and was not one where the offender was not eligible for probation: C. That there are no criminal proceedings against the defendant: D. That the defendant has been rehabilitated: E. The expungement of the record is consistent with the public interest. 2. That the case against the defendant was dismissed or found not guilty and there are no criminal proceedings against the defendant. The defendant, therefore, requests the Court for an Order of Expungement of the record of as stated above, pursuant to Sections 2953.31 to 2953.36 of the Ohio Revised Code.
