Since this document will be maintained on electronic format, it is important that the filing be legible. Documents with poor black and white contrast, or otherwise illegible, will be rejected. 4. This Application is to be used pursuant to Section 5 of Act 242, P.A. of 1969, for the purpose of renewing the registration of a trademark or service mark for an additional ten year period. A registration will automatically expire ten years after the most recent registration date unless renewed.
